  I was so disgusted with this Swiss Chalet.. I just could not believe how dirty the whole restaurant was! And the ladies bathroom was a disgrace! The soap dispenser was broken and the pieces were laying all over. The food was o.k. But because the restaurant was so dirty.. and the tables all all around me were messy and dirty, that I totally lost my appetite, And.. this was not at a busy time! I will never go back! I will be submitting my opinion to the head office of Swiss Chalet.

  I usually order delivery from here close to every other Friday. They ALWAYS forget at least 1 item from my order, very irritating when you order the Festive Family Fest and OT comes missing the cranberries and stuffing, which cost an extra $10 for that meal. Most times it's an order of fries that is forgotten. When I call to complain they do offer a free walk in meal, but I never go in so it does not help. And for this to happen as often as it does is very disappointing. Lately every time I want to order, the location does not have delivery avalible, also very disappointing.
