  Without a doubt, the most rude and unprofessional personell we have ever encountered in sales, administration and ESPECIALLY service!!! We bought an extended warranty for our car as it had 45,000kms on it. The car was purchased exclusively for a long distance commute daily to work because we didn't want the kms to accumulate on our newer vehicles. We brought our vehicle ( not a simple feat as we are 1 1/2 hrs away), 2 times, and they managed to fix NOTHING!!! They were however condescending, unhelpful and untruthful. When we called the warranty company, they assured is they HAD authorized the repairs from BOTH requests from this dealer yet.... MUSKOKA CHRYSLER ONLY GAVE US EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY "HADN'T" or " "COULDN'T" DO THE WORK. LONG STORY SHORT... SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH MUSKOKA CHRYSLER AND THEIR INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
